Refund Policy

Services provided are only billed if Northwest VA Consulting is successful in obtaining an increase in total Disability Rating for their client. All services billed, including the amount billed is in compliance with 38 C.F.R. § 14.636. Due to the payments being directly contingent on success, no refunds will be accepted.
